Early Offers
Who is Eligible?
We have taken the retention program from the region and made it into our own Loyalty Program. Players that are heading into their 15, 16, or 17 age teams and have played 3 consecutive years leading into it.
Example: I played on 14 Black, 15 Black and 16 Black. Now I will receive an early offer for my 17 Black team.
What Team is Offered?
Changes to the loyalty program will go in effect for the 2022-23 season.
If you played on the White team last year, you will receive an offer for the White team again.
If you played on the Black team last year, you will receive an offer for the Black team again.
If you played on the Red team last year, you will receive an offer for the Black team and will need to tryout for the Red team again.
When Do Offers Go Out?
Offers will start to go out August 1st and players have until August 10th to accept. If we do not hear back by the 10th, we will assume you have declined the early offer and would like to proceed with open tryouts.
What are the Benefits of Saying Yes?

No stress for making a club team

No traveling to multiple tryouts

No tryout fees
Decline Offer?
It is 100% okay to decline the offer. This will allow you to tryout for any club, including I AM. You will still have to go through registration for our tryouts like normal.
Accept Offer?
Once you accept the offer you will still have to attend tryouts unless directed differently. You will not have to register online for tryouts because you do not need to pay the tryout fee. You will still need to update your Badger Region Membership.
You will see your name turn green on the team roster page. This will let you know that you are locked in!
